Appreciation of the selected students at the University of Isfahan in the Why I am Learning Russian competition

On the occasion of the celebration of the Russian National Day, on 12 June 2023, a competition was held among all students of the Department of Russian Language at the University of Isfahan under the initiative of the Consulate General of Russia in Isfahan and with the cooperation of the University of Isfahan. Among the present participants, 1 student for each year and a total of 4 students were selected as the winners of the competition. On 22 June 2023, the members participating in the ceremony were warmly welcomed by the Deputy Consul General of Russia upon entering the Consulate General. Mr Burmistrov, the respected consul general of Russia, while welcoming the winners and participants of the competition and having a sincere conversation with them during an official ceremony at the consulate general, dedicated plaques of appreciation to the best students, Haniyeh Koranjik, Bita Haidari, Parisa Dehdasht Haidari, and Sara Rakuei. Also, Dr Ardalan Nosrati, the appointed representative of the University of Isfahan for the development of relations with Russian universities and the head of the Russian Center of the Roski Mir Foundation at the University of Isfahan, was honoured to receive a plaque from the Russian Consul General in Isfahan for his cooperation in organizing the competition. The ceremony ended with questions and answers from the students and the Russian Consul General.
